Power and Free is mainly focused on light elements and Garments on Hangers. The latter was one of LogSquare’s initial automated installations and keeps on flowing. We offer both the single sided and bi directional movement conveyor railing and trolleys. The system is modular and allows for future enhancements. It can cover several applications but the main focus is on retail replenishment.
LogSquare solution range now features as well high speed singulator and hanging sorters to cope with faster response and smaller batch sizes.
Power and free installations are usually connected onto a static structure (commonly a multitier) with a modular design, adjustable storage components and equipped with dedicated safety accessories. The whole is governed by a reliable material flow and control system.
Electrical Monorail is a flexible and adaptable solution. It reaches optimum efficiencies with high throughput and with pre-defined unit loads. This solution is recommended to avoid disruption of passages and with continuous flows.

LS 700PL Automated-Storage-and-Retrieval (ASRS) cranes move loads from 500 kg to 2500+ kg to heights exceeding 40 meters. The most common applications include automated pallet storage. The storage configuration is single deep, double deep as well as shuttle high density storage.
. The stacker cranes equipment cope well with temperatures from -30 to 60 C and maintain good cycle times and availability. They are produced with fine tolerance and are fit with reliable precise positioning system.
LS700PL includes the ‘Corner Turning Crane’ with all dedicated railings.
High Density Storage
The crane can handle one Super Capacitor shuttle. In the case of LS PSH-Ba, several shuttles can be managed by the crane for optimal throughput.
LogSquare will soon be releasing its 3D pallet shuttle. This storage and sequencing solution will pave its way within the high-density range.

LogSquare is a pioneer of high density storage in the MEA. With numerous implementations in the field, it has compiled a wealth of expertise. LS 770 PSH and LS 780 Mover are systems for the storage of pallets and containers up to 1500 kg in multiple depth storage configurations. LS 770 PSH is paired with an ASRS machine. LS PSH has is similar to ASRS cranes operation with the advantage of the shuttle transversal depth movement.
LS700LHD Load-Handling Devices are the stacker crane road companion. Process flow is optimized by a quick and secure location access in both put away and retrieval of the unit load (pallet, tray, tote or container) even in challenging high density and shelving applications.
With a vast variety of load-handling devices, the stacker cranes are equipped for any task. Variations are possible depending on the transported material, hoisting devices, and storage configuration. Space requirements, speed and process accuracy, along with the mechanical quality, are decisive advantages of the Load-handling devices.

The Warehouse Execution System is purposely designed and built to automate and efficiently manage the warehouse operations and to provide visibility across all its related activities.
LS WES provides the right tools and features to support different layers of automation within the warehouse operations spanning from a standard manual operation to a fully automated warehouse operation. Its Material Flow Management Layer allows managing and guiding the flow of goods and equipment’s i.e ASRS, AGVs, Guided VNA’s, shuttle systems, automatic vertical storage, etc. Its Efficiency Layer manages the Pick and Put to Light and voice picking systems and provides the warehouse operators with the needed tools to pick, pack and sort efficiently.
LogSquare is flexible to interface and integrate with any established WMS or ERP deployed. We have opted to keep the focus on our competence in Automation and its work flow. However we have retained the capabilities to deploy an in house WMS where required by applications and circumstances.
The visualization Layer is key in any implementation. It is the monitoring arm and has different functionalities which can be deployed based on the implementation and its requirement. Visu provides the needed dashboards, visualizations and alerts to monitor and better manage the warehouse operations and activities.

Advance Picking Modules
The Put-To-Light solution is a combination of software solution and hardware equipment that will allow distribution centers to use a simple light directed technology for the segregation and sortation of products to be delivered based on predefined destinations.

Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGVs)
AGVs build bridges between isolated islands. AGVs avoid permanent obstacles and allow for expansion and changes easily. They allow for automation without major process changes not to mention the high availability and performance. Our applications are focused on distribution centers and hospitals.
Typically an end of line application for automatic picking, stowage and packing tasks. Heavy loads, repetitive movements, pallet build up are easily catered for by the new generation of robots. Allowing for a variety of LHD and interfacing with palletization software, robotics applications are gaining ground.

Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)
AMRs are currently being introduced in many intralogistics operations, like manufacturing, warehousing, cross-docks, terminals, and hospitals. Their advanced hardware and control software allow autonomous operations in dynamic environments. They provide flexible solution designs for the entire automated warehouse process. It also provides a one-stop service for robot warehouse applications.

Erectors And Sealers
Typical part of goods VAS and dispatch, carton erectors and sealers are a standard module in LogSquare retail and E com applications.
Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors (VRCs)
Transferring goods in between zones may require lifting them.
LogSquare has underlined the modules dedicated for totes and pallets lifts in its respective conveyor LS lines.
The pillar of the Verti-borne division is the LS VCR series. ConVer® VRCs 146 / 147 / 148/149 / 150 transport loads up to 3,000 kg.
Thanks to their compact Design and stable, free-standing framework construction they require less space and can be installed almost anywhere
– and can even be retrofitted. They are PITLESS depending on load, a shallow pit or ramp of only 60 to 100 mm in height may be required.
The modular system allows short delivery times and simple assembly on-site without any cutting or welding. With two to six stopping positions
and up to 12 doors, travel heights of up to *20 meters *(Customizable travel height) can be reached. This “simplified goods lift” is in
accordance with EN 98/73/EC and can be utilized outdoors.
The lift is fitted with all safety and security features as per EN norms.
